进口羔羊配合饲料、犊牛配合饲料等都属于配合饲料，根据《进出口饲料和饲料添加剂检验检疫监督管理办法》（2009年118号令）适用于进口、出口及过境饲料和饲料添加剂（以下简称饲料）的检验检疫和监督管理。作饲料用途的动植物及其产品按照本办法的规定管理。药物饲料添加剂不适用本办法。 海关总署统一管理全国进出口饲料的检验检疫和监督管理工作。主管海关负责所辖区域进出口饲料的检验检疫和监督管理工作。
