进口犬配合饲料和猫配合饲料登记注册流程是怎样的？

犬配合饲料和猫配合饲料都属于配合饲料，其进口注册登记流程和其他饲料进口注册登记流程一样。根据《进出口饲料和饲料添加剂检验检疫监督管理办法》*十条  海关总署对允许进口饲料的国家或者地区的生产企业实施注册登记制度，进口饲料应当来自注册登记的境外生产企业。

*十一条  境外生产企业应当符合输出国家或者地区法律法规和标准的相关要求，并达到与中国有关法律法规和标准的等效要求，经输出国家或者地区主管部门审查合格后向海关总署推荐。推荐材料应当包括：

（一）企业信息：企业名称、地址、官方批准编号；

（二）注册产品信息：注册产品名称、主要原料、用途等；

（三）官方证明：证明所推荐的企业已经主管部门批准，其产品允许在输出国家或者地区自由销售。

*十二条  海关总署应当对推荐材料进行审查。

审查不合格的，通知输出国家或者地区主管部门补正。

审查合格的，经与输出国家或者地区主管部门协商后，海关总署派出专家到输出国家或者地区对其饲料安全监管体系进行审查，并对申请注册登记的企业进行抽查。对抽查不符合要求的企业，不予注册登记，并将原因向输出国家或者地区主管部门通报；对抽查符合要求的及未被抽查的其他推荐企业，予以注册登记，并在海关总署官方网站上公布。

*十三条  注册登记的有效期为5年。

需要延期的境外生产企业，由输出国家或者地区主管部门在有效期届满前6个月向海关总署提出延期。必要时，海关总署可以派出专家到输出国家或者地区对其饲料安全监管体系进行回顾性审查，并对申请延期的境外生产企业进行抽查，对抽查符合要求的及未被抽查的其他申请延期境外生产企业，注册登记有效期延长5年。

*十四条  经注册登记的境外生产企业停产、转产、倒闭或者被输出国家或者地区主管部门吊销生产许可证、营业执照的，海关总署注销其注册登记。
